HIPAA Lawsuit Appeal Information: The oral argument in the Citizens for Health case took place in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia at 601 Market Street at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. The case was heard in the Albert Branson Maris Courtroom on the 19th floor. The three-judge panel that heard the case is Nygaard, McKee and Rendell. The argument will be limited to 15 minutes per side.
